The $20 Breakfast Burrito

Rib-eye Steak, sweet potato casserole and shrimp
Last night I was the luckiest guy in the South Coast... Diana decided to treat me to an early anniversary/Valentine dinner at none other then Ruth Chris steakhouse in downtown Providence.. For those of you who have not had the pleasure. This is the epitome of steaks and fine dining.

We had a wonderful tlme just enjoying it all.
The food delicious, the companionship perfect! The take home bag a mystery
What would you do with half of the most delicious ribeye steak you have ever eaten?  I made a breakfast burrito to rival all breakfast burritos!

    Elizabeth, I know better then that, That was cheese awaiting its shredded fate! Ruth Chris already serves the steak in butter! lol
